Again, it represents a harmony of English Canadians and French Canadians and Canadians of all heritages.

*because a logo did not exist prior to its conceptualization and

because during its first test run it encountered significant fees,

it remains a private logo and may be used only after permission is granted

(which is granted at a nominal fee).
